Jon believes real transformation happens from the inside out. A builder and lifelong learner, he has spent over two decades leading people and organizations through growth, change, and reinvention. Whether scaling companies or supporting personal breakthroughs, his focus is on helping people and systems thrive.

Born in Venezuela, Jon earned his MBA from Cornell University and a Master of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) from the University of Pennsylvania. He trained at Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership and is a certified professional coach (ICF).

Jon held leadership roles at Walmart and Procter & Gamble and served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Indigo and Chief Operating Officer at GoBolt. He has led teams of over 1,200 people, driving cultural and operational transformations across industries. His approach blends strategic insight with human-centered leadership, helping organizations thrive from the inside out.

Jon is a judge for the Canadian Workplace Well-Being Awards and an Assistant Instructor for the MAPP program. He is also the CEO of Strongpoint Group Inc.
